SHIPPING INFORMATION
How Does Shipping Work?
Once your bottles arrive and are processed at our warehouse, you can see the status of your lots change to 'In The Warehouse' in the 'My Cellar' section. By selecting the lots you would like to ship, you can start the shipping process. You will be provided with a shipping quote and delivery charges will vary based upon the quantity, value, and final destination of the shipment.
Flat-Rate Shipping
Starting June 1st 2024, as long as the conditions in the following table are met, we will offer Flat-Rate Shipping, providing our members with more benefits. For purchases made before June 1st 2024, as long as the minimum quantities as set out below are met, shipping costs for all membership tiers will follow the Explorers rates.

Please note: The shipping costs mentioned above apply to single bottles of wine of 0.75L or smaller. For larger bottles (1.5L, 3L, 6L, etc.), the shipping cost (if applicable) will be calculated proportionally based on the 0.75L rate. Shipping costs, when applicable, do not include VAT on shipping and wine, as well as any additional local taxes such as excise taxes and duties will remain the customer's responsibility as per Crurated’s General Terms and Conditions.
Spirits are excluded from Flat-Rate Shipping, meaning all spirits shipment requests will be provided with an ad hoc quotation.

Please note: If shipping to the country of your preference is not available, you can collect your wines and spirits from our warehouse in Beaune, France. Please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@crurated.com to make the necessary arrangements. Please note a certain lead time applies.
Large & Small Volume Orders
Large orders (generally exceeding 60 bottles), can be sent by palletized service. Please contact logistics@crurated.com with your requirements and we can assist in arranging such a shipment. All other orders are dispatched express via air or road, depending on the destination. Every bottle is bubble-wrapped and packed with care inside a heavy duty cardboard case.
Shipping Seasons
To ensure that your wine is transported safely and arrives in perfect condition, we generally don't ship wines or spirits with express service during the winter or summer months to avoid damage that can occur from exposure to extreme heat or cold. If, in Crurated’s opinion, temperatures are not suitable to ship wines and/or spirits, but you still require shipment, we will ask you to sign a ‘Temperature Waiver’, which releases Crurated from any liability should the wines or spirits become damaged in transit. Once we've received the signed waiver, we will ship your bottles at your request, via the method of your choosing.
Insurance
Your wines and/or spirits shipments are insured against damage related to shipping: theft, breakage and loss. We work with partners which offer the best quality service.
