History and Terroir

In 2014, Adrien Renoir took over his family's estate in Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Driven by a passion for organic farming and a dedication to showcasing the distinctive qualities of each vineyard, Adrien transitioned the estate to organic practices and refined the production to focus on single-parcel wines.

Farming and Winemaking

By 2017, Adrien moved away from stainless steel fermentation, opting to vinify all wines in oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth. Reserve wines are aged in large oak foudres, and all lieu-dit bottlings are crafted from massale selection vines planted between 1961 and 1971. The result is a collection of terroir-driven Champagnes that masterfully balance generosity with freshness, highlighting site specificity and a captivating tension.
