Head of Customer Service

Born and raised in a family of fashion retailers from 3 generations, Virginia always followed the Customer’s Journey and in Crurated she leads the Customer Service Department. Her mission is to put the customer first in every process she is involved in and help the Management team to anticipate customer needs or requests, collaborating with all departments to make the shopping experience and the after sales experience nice and simple. Virginia started her career in Pfizer as Human Resources generalist and after an experience in JD Sports as Human Resources Coordinator for Italy, joined IKEA as Easy Buying Leader for the Store of Naples. She loves challenging herself with new experiences that take her out from comfort zone and give her the possibility to open her mind. But Italian food, good wine and a couple of good friends will always be the way to make her feel home, in every part of the world
