Comprised of fruit from a handful of vineyard sites across the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de Marne, the wine is aged for 24 to 36 months prior to release and exhibits a savory and creamy palate with autolytic notes (biscuit), chalky undertones, and a saline-tinged finish. The brothers organically farm nine hectares of vines across the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, with many of their holdings falling in premier and grand cru-designated areas. Choosing to age their vintage wines and Reflet d’Antan under cork over crown cap, the brothers have achieved a unique dynamism to these energetic bubbles, producing an array of sophisticated, show-stopping wines that are not to be missed.
